During this FREE class we will learn how to release the stress and strain of trauma through breath and movement. We will begin with a light snack at 5:30 and time to talk with Candice Murrell Cox and begin the one hour session at 6pm with Bryna Parker. You owe it to yourself to come and BREATHE!!!
