Premiere Screening and Q&A

The Nine special, Of Black and Blue, is a conversation starter and an anchor for community dialogue. By providing black officers the platform to talk about their experiences on the force, we hope to challenge preconceived notions and inspire viewers to evaluate the policing in their own communities, exploring the critical intersection between Black Lives Matter and Blue Lives Matter.

The screening begins at 7:00 p.m.

This event is outdoors (in case of inclement weather, the screening will move indoors). Beverages are available for sale. No drinks from the outside are permitted; however, you can bring you own snacks. Please bring chairs for seating.

Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Nine Network on Olive, entrance is on Spring St. Additional metered street parking, including spaces in front of our building for handicap accessibility, and parking garages are available in our Grand Center neighborhood.

Please note event terms and conditions: Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Ticket is valid only for the event date and time listed on the ticket. The Nine Network of Public Media may photograph and record portions of this event for promotional purposes.
