How to Dismantle the School to Prison Pipline: Engaging Communities is a 3 hour workshop designed to facilitate a collaborative discussion and actionable steps with the Home, School, Community, and Church. It is time to go beyond panel symposiums simply touching the surface discussing the problem. The problem is multi faceted. In order to resolve the issue we must dig deep, take ownership, speak the truth, and take action by fully implementing tangible processes that work. In this workshop participants will:
1. explore stereotypes, microaggressions, and unconscious bias
2. identify tools and resources that empower excellence
3. develop a strategic plan to execute procedures that enhance growth & development and create opportunities of sustainability.
