Libations: 🍷

In many African cultures the pouring of libations is an essential way of paying homage to the ancestors. 21 Libations is a community celebration honoring twenty-one heroes who made significant contributions to the plight and upliftment of Black life, culture and heritage from St Louis to across the diaspora. A nice red and white wine selection will be served to all 21 and over!
