Join Tru for a personalized yoga class during pregnancy. Each class will allow you to flow with your growing body and baby in creating harmony with your mind, emotions, spirit and body. We'll journey through breathwork, mindful meditation and Asana's (postures) that creates flexibility, strength and balance. Tru teaches adaptive asanas to accomodate each woman in the different stages of pregnancy.
