TRAP YOGA STL for BEGINNERS is purely YOGA & TRAP MUSIC inspired by Brandon Copeland. TRAP YOGA STL strives to provide health, healing, & a safe space for POC & our allies in the midst of the music we love! Our BEGINNERS class takes place the FIRST SATURDAY of each month from 9:45am-10:45am & is an energetic vinyasa flow class catered to less experienced or first time yogis.
